The Traxxas X Maxx is a ground up redesign from the brains at Traxxas, and in one word – it’s simply AWESOME!

For starters, it’s huge. Much bigger than an E-MAXX, with huge oversized wheels and tyres to clamber over anything in your path.  It’s also quick; powered by an all new oversized Traxxas brushless motor designed specifically for the Traxxas X MAXX.  Even back when we at Wheelspin saw the first pre-production model of the X MAXX, we knew it was going to be one of our best selling RC monster trucks.  

The Traxxas X MAXX brings a new stance to the RC monster truck arena.  Rather than concentrating on anything else, it seems Traxxas have just set themselve the challenge of designing the most fun vehicle ever! We also like the new self-righting system built into the Traxxas X MAXX.  Whilst even we were skeptical at first, simply push the button on the transmitter, and X MAXX wobbles and “turtles” it’s way back onto it’s wheels in a matter of seconds! Traxxas claim it works “most” of the time; but in our tests we’ve struggled to find any instances where this won’t work! A truly revolutionary feature and only availble on the Traxxas X MAXX!
